50% charge for all appointments cancelled, rescheduled outside of our 24 cancellation window.

• Same-day bookings that are cancelled on the same day incur a full fee and will be required prior rebooking.

Booked Service:

Changes requested to your service on the same day or within 24hrs will still incur a full fee charge of service booked. This policy allows us to reserve sufficient time for your visit and prevents last-minute gaps in our schedule.
